I had a peculiarly masochistically enjoyable session on the arena on Radar today :-) I forced myself to ride him in a howling gale and hail because we are hunting on Saturday. Only it's been cancelled due to ground conditions!
Still, I can't help it, it was actually fun I think I am truly going mad.

ReplyDeleteSleet, then hail today. Not pleasant weather. Add howling wind - ugh! However I do like the feeling of being able to deal with bad weather and come out on top. When you come inside you feel like you have really accomplished something.
The weather was so disgusting today that the boys refused to go out into the field!
ReplyDeleteI didn't blame them, I let them go back in the barn with some more haylage. I'm getting soft in my old age.
We have snow outside tonight and no chance of hunting tomorrow, but it's cancelled anyway so no loss there.
