I wasn't riding this morning - no way - it was four degrees and raining. Disgusting. But by this evening it had begun to look more like spring and the sun even began to shine, so I took Ace out for a little hack. He was right back to normal. Spooky, but not dangerous, and we had a good time.
The lambs are a delight at this time of year. I particularly like the specialist hill breeds because some of them are very small sheep, and their lambs are like tiny little animatronic toys.
Tomorrow we are going to pick up Errol, which 'should' be really good fun, but there have been a few issues with admin, to say the least. It will be 'interesting' so see how smoothly things go.
One day Radar will get some work, but not while it's still so cold and horrible.
