A walk in the park not a walk in the park

Well if it wasn't so good for his feet I certainly wouldn't bother hacking Ace when he's in Spring mode.  We went for a  walk in the Park  (we live in the Peak Park f course), because he was so spooky that I couldn't trot.  So as per title, our walk in the Park was no walk in the park :-)

He was better on the second half of the way home, which was a bit of a relief.  I am very pleased about how his feet are progressing now that we are getting some decent amounts of work in. The deep central sulcusses that he developed over the winter have all but gone and his toes have come back shorter to where they should be.

The forecast for tomorrow morning is dry, so I hope to school Ace and possibly Radar as well.

  1. I admire your fortitude in taking him out. I'd be very reluctant to ride Tucker out right now.
