This is last season but we were over the same ground today. You can see Radar jump hedges at 4.21 4.47 and the best one is 4.59
We had a great day, raining lightly all day but so what, we were having fun. Five long, long runs with plenty of jumping. I'm off out for a bath now.

That looks like such FUN!! IF I had my Russell R. and was some 30 years younger, I'd be right there with you...well, maybe not, but, I'd surely be doing something similar. Radar and you look great.

That was impressive. Everyone looked in control and no one was rushing about in a mad way. I would have enjoyed that a few years ago
ReplyDeleteMy only experience of a blood hound pack left me a nervous wreck, I thought it was the most dangerous horse activity I had ever seen, with the whole field galloping flat out at the most enormous hedges.
Fabulous country to ride on, no wonder there is such a huge field. Much more fun than fox hunting, you go on a good route, over decent fences and no hanging about!!! Very jealous.

We are back after a great little break near Great Yarmouth, and we went hunting again today. Had a great time. Now totally and absolutley exhausted. The arena is finished but I haven't even ridden on it yet - hoping to do that tomorrow.
