I has been winter all this week. I haven't ridden for three days because of persistent rain and temperatures around 4 C. Interspersed with hail and snow. I am taking refuge in a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc tonight. I'd rather ride!
You're not alone, I've been dodging rain all week, and trimming non-stop to catch up from my week of skiing. Knackered, I definitely couldn't do this full time permanently!! Take care Tracey B
Perhaps we should give up until the weather decides what season we are in ! Since I put my riding clothes on an hour ago we have had hail , sun , sleet , then very loud thunder and lightning.
And it was 90F here on Monday. Cooled off a bit, but still warm. What is going on over there across the ocean? Strange doings indeed.

ReplyDeleteI'm not sure 90F would be better than 4C Jean, that's absolutely baking!
ReplyDeleteI couldn't do it at all Tracey, far too much physical effort involved. I'm definitely office fodder workwise.

Tell me about it Suzanne - it has already been sunny, foggy, rainy and now it is windy. I think riding will probably be out again today.
